Technical Data Analyst - Trust & Safety

About the role

The Reports & Insights Team drives data‑driven decision‑making across the organization, focusing on Trust & Safety operations. As a Technical Data Analyst you will build and maintain automated pipelines, design metric frameworks, and create scalable data assets that improve the reliability and efficiency of operational decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline recurring operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and platform teams to improve systems integration and data flow between workflow tools and databases.
• Build, design, and monitor reporting tools that surface key metrics and operational insights for moderation teams.
• Develop and maintain scalable data workflows using scheduled SQL queries, Python scripts, or RPA bots.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal audiences and partner user teams.
• Partner with management and stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve automation, scalability, and data accessibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in data automation or a similar analyst role.
• Proven analytical problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions that scale.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
