Technical Marketer – Digital, AI & Automation

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Marketer to lead digital marketing, website optimisation, analytics, AI and automation initiatives for a multi‑award‑winning luxury hospitality brand. The role combines performance marketing expertise with technical development and AI‑driven workflow creation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, A/B testing and performance optimisation.
• Develop and maintain websites and landing pages using WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
• Configure and monitor GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
• Analyse campaign and site metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL and conversion rates.
• Implement SEO and landing‑page optimisation strategies.
• Build AI‑powered marketing workflows with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Integrate websites, CRM and other platforms via APIs and webhooks.
• Identify automation opportunities to boost marketing efficiency.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital, performance, growth or technical marketing.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and GTM.
• Proficiency in WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript; PHP is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation, AI tools and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of SEO, conversion tracking and landing‑page optimisation.
• Analytical mindset, commercially driven and able to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
