Technical SEO Specialist – AI Visibility & GEO Tactics

About the role

Reolink is seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to boost our online visibility across AI‑driven search platforms and traditional search engines. You will lead technical optimisation, generative engine optimisation (GEO) and content discoverability for our global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and site performance.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, structured data and overall website speed.
• Implement modern SEO practices such as entity SEO, semantic search, topical authority and structured content.
• Design and execute GEO strategies to increase brand presence in AI‑generated search results.
• Monitor rankings, traffic and performance on Google Search, AI search platforms and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators and marketing teams to roll out SEO improvements.
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments and emerging SEO best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO projects for Western markets (US, AU, EU) and delivering measurable organic growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct content gap and competitor analyses.
• Excellent written English; additional language skills are a plus for localized keyword research.
