Technology Strategy & Transformation Analyst/Consultant (ServiceNow)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Technology Strategy & Transformation Analyst/Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients in Singapore. You will work closely with clients to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery and user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle ServiceNow implementations, from requirements gathering to configuration and go‑live.
• Engage with clients to define solution architecture and provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
• Design detailed technical specifications and perform hands‑on configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and client stakeholders to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and developers, fostering skill development within the team.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos to drive user adoption.
• Perform system administration tasks, including platform upgrades and patch management.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Support proposal development, pre‑sales activities, and client presentations as needed.
