About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team and help schedule appointments with potential customers. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and arranging meetings for our sales staff. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients following provided scripts.
  • Engage prospects with a pleasant personality and professional attitude.
  • Schedule appointments and forward details to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update appointment records.
  • Follow up on missed calls or reschedule as needed.

Required profile

  • Friendly and pleasant demeanor.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
  • Motivation to achieve daily call targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a simple, well‑defined workflow.
