Training and Development HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to be the face of learning for our frontline teams across Changi Airport. You will spend the majority of your time delivering engaging workshops and coaching in‑store, while also handling essential administrative and analytical tasks that keep our 19 stores operating at excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute onboarding journeys for retail frontline staff and corporate executives, partnering with Operations to implement the Buddy System.
• Deliver Service Excellence workshops and review corporate grooming standards with new hires.
• Manage airport‑specific learning portals, including QSM registrations, the One Changi Learning portal, and Extra Miles Award matters.
• Oversee mandatory compliance training such as First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance.
• Visit stores across Changi terminals to provide real‑time coaching on service standards and operational behaviours.
• Review and refine L&D SOPs, manage training‑related financial administration (expenditure proposals, payment requisitions).
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports to track training effectiveness and participation.
• Design and execute employee engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for broader HR initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development or a related field.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and delivering training to frontline staff.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and mandatory compliance training.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work across multiple store locations and collaborate with operations teams.
