Vice President, Human Resources

About the role

Everise, a global AI‑powered customer experience company, is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources for its Singapore office. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role sits at the centre of strategic decision‑making, influencing growth, talent and culture across the APAC region while collaborating with a worldwide HR network.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in executive strategy sessions, ensuring people implications are considered and providing proactive HR solutions.
• Design and own the talent strategy for Singapore, including leadership pipeline, performance culture and employer branding.
• Partner with global HR leaders in the US, Philippines, India and Latin America to leverage centre‑of‑excellence expertise.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, influencing people‑related decisions without a local reporting team.
• Drive organisational effectiveness, change management and employee engagement initiatives across the office.

Required profile

• Proven senior HR leadership experience in large multinational or regional organisations with strong APAC presence.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently, make high‑impact decisions and influence C‑suite stakeholders.
• Track record of building talent strategies that support rapid, lean growth environments.
• Excellent judgment, strategic thinking and communication skills.
