Vice President/Assistant Vice President, Corporate Finance & Treasury

About the role

This senior position supports corporate finance and treasury functions for infrastructure investments. The incumbent will lead financial and tax structuring, manage debt sourcing, and oversee treasury operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and tax structuring for new and existing infrastructure investments.
• Scope and review financial and tax due diligence as required.
• Source debt for new projects or refinancing and evaluate financing alternatives.
• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Negotiate, review and finalize financing documentation, including loan terms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet cash‑flow requirements.
• Track loan portfolio performance, monitor covenants and assess refinancing needs.
• Prepare or review quarterly investor reports, group treasury reports and board financing papers.
• Oversee treasury operations such as bank account management, KYC compliance, loan rollovers, drawdowns, interest period selection and hedging.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Management, Finance or Accountancy.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, treasury or infrastructure investment.
• Experience in fund reporting, tax structuring, financing arrangements or treasury within the infrastructure sector is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, meticulous and able to work independently with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across functions and senior levels.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and some supervisory experience.
