About the role

The Visual Merchandising Assistant will support the Visual Merchandising Manager for the South‑East Asia market, ensuring that boutiques across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia meet the Maison’s visual standards. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing props, and collaborating with retail, marketing, and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure visual merchandising standards align with the Maison’s guidelines, including monthly campaign changes and boutique video updates.
• Operate the YOOBIC online validation system to review monthly boutique showcase displays.
• Manage ordering, placement, and condition checks of props and window‑kit animations.
• Conduct regular in‑store inspections to verify display quality and prop inventory.
• Coordinate with florists, regional teams, and vendors for special projects requiring HQ validation.
• Prepare visual merchandising reports and update staff on guideline changes.
• Organise team calendars, meetings, and support special events or pop‑up preparations.
• Perform administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase order issuance, invoice processing, and prop delivery logistics.

Required profile

• First experience in retail visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution‑oriented work style.
