Warehouse Coordinator는 오후 근무 시간대의 물류 운영을 총괄하며, 물류센터 내 다양한 업무를 지원합니다. UPS의 성장과 혁신을 함께 이끌 인재를 찾고 있습니다.
주요 업무
- 오후 사이클 정렬 및 적재 관리
- 내부 손상 물품 검사·재포장 및 현장 점검
- 동일 건물 내 픽업·배송 지원
- 야간 디스패치 및 배송 변경 요청 처리
- 수출 셔틀 일정 관리 및 미처리 물량 방지
- 미배송 패키지 고객 재연락 및 재배송 시도
- 창고 스캔 업무 수행
- PM Assistance Supervisor 부재 시 대체 업무 수행
지원 자격
- 일반적인 싱가포르 디스패치 지식 보유
- 높은 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 새로운 시스템 학습 능력
- 무게 20kg 이하 물품을 운반할 수 있는 신체 조건(주 50%는 사무실 근무)
필수 역량
- 성실하고 강한 업무 윤리
- 내·외부 고객과 원활히 소통할 수 있는 고객 지향적 태도
- 이메일·전화 예절을 갖춘 커뮤니케이션 능력
