Warehouse Lead

About the role

AstraZeneca is building its first biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore and seeks a Warehouse Lead to oversee a high‑performing distribution network. You will connect warehouse execution to business strategy, ensuring medicines reach the right place at the right time, safely and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a warehousing strategy aligned with production schedules and global supply objectives.
• Govern daily activities across receiving, de‑palletisation, temperature‑controlled and ambient storage, and outbound logistics.
• Optimise warehouse footprint, layout and material‑handling to support raw materials, consumables, WIP and finished goods as volumes scale.
• Set performance standards, create Service Level Agreements and manage relationships with freight forwarders, LSPs and 3PLs.
• Lead regulatory compliance and audit readiness for FDA, EMA, HSA and internal standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or distribution centre leadership within a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable floor‑level decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with commercial partners and logistics providers.

Required skills

• Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
• Knowledge of temperature‑controlled storage requirements.
• Understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, HSA).
