Website Project Management Executive, APAC

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Website Project Management Executive to lead the optimisation and day‑to‑day operation of our regional website across APAC markets. The role blends website content management, UX improvement, and performance tracking while supporting broader digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily website updates (product pages, landing pages, banners) and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO metadata, and internal linking.
• Coordinate UX/UI enhancements with developers, designers, and IT teams, and conduct A/B testing and CRO activities.
• Support website migration projects, handling content migration, QA checks, and post‑launch troubleshooting.
• Monitor traffic, bounce, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; produce insight‑driven reports.
• Liaise with regional marketing teams and external agencies to align website changes with business priorities.
• Assist digital marketing efforts such as AI‑driven GEO targeting, SEO keyword work, and landing‑page optimisation for email and paid campaigns.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in website project management or digital content administration.
• Hands‑on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and SEO best practices.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
