Wine Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Wine Sales Executive to act as a Le Club FICOFI® Advisor (LCFA). In this position you will guide members through their wine journey, building long‑term relationships, offering expert advice on fine wines, and curating bespoke wine cellars that match each member’s taste and preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Le Club FICOFI® members, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Provide personalized wine recommendations, create tailored offers, and support members in building and refining their wine collections.
• Drive member engagement by organizing intimate dinners, flagship events, and exclusive gatherings.
• Utilise sales reporting tools to set targets, monitor performance, and report results.
• Collaborate with senior advisors to translate advisory intent into operational offers and campaigns.
• Deliver wine education and training sessions for members when required.
• Support event wine curation, logistics, and post‑event commercial follow‑up.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of fine wines and the global wine market.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to engage with sophisticated clientele.
