About the role
DCSS Technology is looking for a passionate and results‑driven Account Manager to grow our presence in the fast‑moving IT sector. You will own strategic relationships with key channel partners, drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives and maximize revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel strategies aligned with our IT solutions and growth objectives.
- Build and nurture deep relationships with decision‑makers at partner organisations.
- Achieve sales targets through partner engagement, lead generation and sales enablement.
- Provide partners with training, marketing materials and resources to ensure product knowledge.
- Monitor channel performance, analyse metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure seamless channel integration.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills and a track record of building strong partner relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
