About the role
The Boutique Director leads a high‑performing team at the iconic boutique located in Marina Bay Sands. This senior position is responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, meeting ambitious commercial targets, and preserving the Maison’s prestigious image.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute long‑term commercial strategies to exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals.
- Identify market opportunities, analyse competition, and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage P&L, control operational costs, and optimise financial performance.
- Collaborate with corporate and regional teams to leverage brand equity.
- Define and lead client development strategy, ensuring personalised, seamless experiences across all touchpoints.
- Implement advanced client‑eling practices and an effective appointment model.
- Curate bespoke experiences, including concierge and hospitality services, for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Plan and execute high‑visibility events such as High Jewellery presentations and VIP activations.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or high‑end boutique environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador and cultivate future talent.
- Excellent client‑centric mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
