Account Manager – Private Wealth (Key Accounts)

About the role

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, delivering tailored wealth‑management solutions and ensuring a premium service experience. You will work closely with internal teams to grow assets under management and meet revenue targets while supporting Moomoo’s mission to democratise investing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of HNW clients, ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Achieve personal KPIs related to AUM growth, revenue targets and new HNW client acquisition.
• Develop and execute personalised wealth‑management strategies aligned with client investment objectives.
• Promote and cross‑sell brokerage products, equities, mutual funds, structured products, derivatives and private‑banking services.
• Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance reporting and market updates.
• Identify opportunities to increase client assets under management and revenue.
• Collaborate with research, operations and compliance teams to ensure seamless transaction execution.
• Participate in client meetings, events and relationship‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related fields; CFA, FRM or CMFAS certifications a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong motivation are also encouraged.
• Exposure to HNW/UHNW client networks is a strong advantage.
• Professional, client‑focused, proactive and eager to grow in wealth management.
• Mandarin proficiency preferred due to frequent client interaction.

Required skills

• Familiarity with financial products such as equities, futures/options and wealth‑management instruments.
• Proficiency in CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of KYC, AML and compliance standards.
