Account Manager – Strategic IT Services

About the role

Logicalis Asia Pacific is seeking an Account Manager to grow and manage strategic accounts within its IT services portfolio. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable technology solutions that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Generate services revenue and profits by covering strategic accounts in the targeted sector.
• Conduct solutions‑based selling, identify customer pain points, and align appropriate IT solutions.
• Perform bid analysis, evaluate competitor offerings, and prepare competitive tender submissions.
• Visit customers to present solutions and explain value propositions.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders across business units to expand account reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Proven experience in tender submission processes, including bid review and tabulation.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Team‑player attitude with confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders.
