About the role

This freelance position supports the mailroom and collection operations across Singapore. You will handle Thermoluminescent Dosimeters (TLD), manage customer collections and returns, and provide front‑line administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Label, sleeve and cut plastic covers for TLDs; handle yellow rings and TLD returns for calibration.
  • Manage customer collections and returns, coordinate courier pick‑ups and deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer enquiries, and maintain manual documentation.
  • Provide on‑site operational support for client activities, including equipment collection, delivery and return at hospitals and other locations.

Required profile

  • Experience handling Thermoluminescent Dosimeters (TLD) and related labeling tasks.
  • Ability to manage collection and return processes and keep detailed records.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Capability to support on‑site client activities and coordinate with couriers.
