AI Operations & HR Internship

About the role

Join Fabrica Robotics as an AI Operations and HR Intern, supporting the launch of our patented tile‑grouting robot. You will work across HR and operational functions, gaining exposure to recruitment, onboarding, market research, and product‑development feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: post openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Prepare HR communications, documents, and help develop policies.
• Conduct research on HR trends and assist in training initiatives.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, investors, and partners.
• Perform market research for overseas expansion and assist with accounting and purchasing tasks.
• Scout new business opportunities, draft proposals, and promote Fabrica’s solutions.
• Visit trial sites, gather feedback for product development, and liaise with industry players and manufacturers.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in HR and engineering operations.
• Ability to handle a subset of the listed tasks and adapt based on strengths.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in a fast‑moving startup environment.
