- Lead AML-related projects and initiatives, including automation and system enhancements, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments for new products and business initiatives, and perform an annual review of enterprise-wide risk assessments.
- Represent Compliance in governance forums, committees and key projects, and prepare quarterly MI reporting for the risk committee.
- Develop and deliver AML/CFT training and promote a strong risk awareness culture.

- Advise senior management and business units on financial crime risks and recommended mitigants, and support reporting to local management, the Group office and the Board Audit Committee.
- Manage audit engagements and regulatory enquiries, support management meetings, and handle ad hoc tasks for the Head of Risk and Compliance.
Required profile
- 10-12 years of experience in an AML role, preferably covering retail, corporate and high net worth/private banking customers.
- Degree or diploma in any discipline.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, with excellent understanding of AML requirements and strong stakeholder management and influence.
