About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support HR operations within our construction division. The role will cover the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to employee engagement, ensuring compliance and driving HR initiatives. You will collaborate closely with managers and the HR team to deliver effective people solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration.
- Partner with managers on employee relations and HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and statutory requirements.
- Drive HR initiatives to support business and people goals.
- Lead and mentor the HR team in daily operations.
- Support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Maintain HR records and generate reports for management review.
