HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives. The role will lead the HR function across recruitment, payroll, performance management and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment and retention strategies for all staff levels.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision‑making.
• Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
• Support organizational development, change management, and employee engagement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
