Assistant Product Engineer (NPI) – Up to SGD 3,500

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Product Engineer to support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ongoing product development at our Singapore facility. The role offers a dynamic environment where you will work closely with engineers and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support NPI projects and assist in continuous product development.
• Help improve manufacturing and production processes for higher efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and operators to test, validate, and enhance products.
• Perform regular machine checks, coordinate preventive maintenance, and report abnormalities.
• Inspect tools and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Support First Article builds and prepare related documentation and reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimise downtime.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and meet project targets.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
