Assistant Supervisor (5‑day week) – Pandan Loop/Bt Timah

About the role

The Assistant Supervisor will support and supervise daily operational schedules, coordinate work activities and resources, and help drive efficiency improvements for the Pandan Loop/Bt Timah area. The role works Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and includes reporting attendance and assisting with recruitment and staff training.

Key responsibilities

• Support, supervise and monitor operations schedules
• Coordinate work activities, resources and equipment
• Identify and propose efficiency improvements
• Resolve operational issues, conflicts and emergencies
• Report attendance and track target achievement
• Assist in recruitment, selection and staff training
• Perform other duties as instructed by management

Required profile

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to attend the course)
• Uniform compliance: polo tee, black long pants and black covered shoes (no logo/design)
• Physically fit and able to perform supervisory duties
