About the role
Join TikTok’s Recommendation Architecture Data Platform team to build and maintain offline computing systems that power recommendation services for billions of users. You will work on high‑availability, scalable backend solutions that support large‑scale AI and data workloads.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient offline computing systems for large‑scale recommendation platforms.
- Develop flexible, scalable, stable, and high‑performance storage systems and computing models.
- Troubleshoot production issues and create tools/mechanisms to improve system reliability.
Required profile
- Professional level background in backend engineering.
