Bag Packaging Operator – Bags

About the role

The Bag Packaging Operator will join the Manufacturing (Vacuum Bag) team to ensure accurate, high‑quality bag packaging on a daily basis. Working primarily on‑site at the West – Jalan Tukang (Boon Lay) facility, you will follow strict quality standards and support smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the approved first‑article sample validated by the Quality Inspector throughout production.
• Assist in production preparation, perform quality and quantity inspections, and support fellow operators with self‑checks.
• Handle all products carefully to avoid stains, scratches, dents, or other damage during packaging and transfer.
• Organise packaging materials, semi‑finished goods, finished products, and tools according to the required layout.
• Use packaging materials efficiently, control consumption, and help reduce waste and production costs.
• Report production issues promptly, rework defective items immediately, and prevent defective products from entering the finished‑goods area.
• Inspect, maintain, and care for production tools and equipment daily, using them correctly.
• Protect company property and avoid intentional damage to machines, tools, products, or packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and follow packaging quality requirements as explained by the Quality Inspector and Team Leader.
• Previous experience in packaging is an advantage.
