Brand Marketing Manager – Healthcare & Personal Care

About the role

Our client in the Health & Wellness sector is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand initiatives across healthcare and personal‑care product lines. The role will be based in central Singapore and reports to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Expand sales through retail, e‑commerce, corporate partnerships and new distribution channels.
• Manage online sales platforms, optimise digital performance and oversee marketplace activities.
• Plan and launch integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, content initiatives and influencer collaborations.
• Analyse market trends, campaign performance and sales data to improve effectiveness.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor commercial performance and ensure ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to strengthen brand positioning and support long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in brand or product marketing within the consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of growing product sales through retail and e‑commerce channels.
• Hands‑on experience managing online marketplaces or e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyse sales performance and marketing data.
• Experience planning integrated marketing campaigns and managing external agencies or partners.
• Existing network with retailers, distributors or marketing partners is highly preferred.
