Building Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all club facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the maintenance schedule to perform preventive maintenance on all club machines and equipment.
• Carry out maintenance, plumbing, alteration, and repair work at the marina and club facilities.
• Maintain operational procedures for equipment such as pumps, chillers, generators, electrical switchboards, and cooling towers, and conduct periodic tests on generators and fire alarm panels.
• Inspect contractors’ work on major installations and repairs to ensure compliance with club requirements.
• Perform daily checks and replace club fixtures and fittings as needed.

Required profile

• Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of building operations in a hotel environment.
• Experience in plumbing, grouting, painting, and carpentry.
• Understanding of safety, electrical, and environmental regulations.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
