Business Consultant – Full Commission with 1‑to‑1 Mentorship

About the role

Straits Arizon Capital is looking for a Business Consultant to act as a trusted intermediary between SMEs and lending partners. You will help business owners understand their financing options and guide them through the application process, while receiving one‑to‑one mentorship from a senior partner.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate inbound SME leads and identify suitable financing pathways.
• Match business owners with appropriate lending products based on operational needs and repayment capacity.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with partner requirements.
• Build long‑term relationships with clients through transparent and ethical advice.
• Achieve monthly targets by proactively generating and nurturing leads.
• Stay informed on new lending offerings and market trends.

Required profile

• High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business owners.
• Self‑driven “hunter” mindset comfortable with a 100% commission structure.
• Background in banking, insurance, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
