Business Intelligence & Automation Intern

About the role

You will support the end‑to‑end drone production lifecycle by building data‑driven dashboards, automating workflows and linking engineering with business operations. This internship offers hands‑on experience in business intelligence, process optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain a central project‑management dashboard that provides real‑time visibility of the drone production process.
• Streamline the intake of customer specifications and improve data structures for rapid, accurate technical quotations.
• Analyse and optimise R&D workflows for custom drone modifications to enhance resource allocation and time‑to‑market.
• Map current manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks and deploy automated solutions to reduce manual handoffs.
• Implement data‑driven tracking for testing phases, monitor performance metrics and accelerate defect resolution.
• Develop tracking systems for final product delivery to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Act as the technical liaison between sales, engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Establish KPIs and automated KPI pipelines to drive continuous improvement across the production system.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving capability.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Interest in technology, innovation and fast‑growing industries.
• Available for a minimum 3–6‑month part‑time internship.
