Business & Solutions Analyst – Global PayPlus

About the role

You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of feature development for Global PayPlus, driving design, implementation and delivery of payment‑related solutions. The role combines business analysis, solution design and hands‑on configuration within a fast‑paced banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead feature ownership: analyse requirements, estimate effort, engage stakeholders and establish baselines.
• Design and configure solutions in Global PayPlus (GPP) and implement business rules.
• Provide detailed WBS estimates to support project planning and execution.
• Support test automation: create acceptance criteria, test data, and maintain automated test suites.
• Validate development results, perform end‑to‑end testing and manage UAT handover with full evidence.
• Maintain and support existing cash‑management and reporting applications to ensure stability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive project success.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of business analysis experience in banking IT systems, especially payment engines.
• Hands‑on experience with Global PayPlus (version 4.6.24 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT file formats and payment field/value mapping.
• Familiarity with cash‑management, Payments Hub, clearing and settlement, and ACH programs.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, produce clear documentation and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading design and implementation of complex features in an Agile environment.
