Technical Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join Paxos’s Product Operations team in Singapore. You will help shape the support function, work closely with engineering, product and compliance, and ensure our brokerage clients have a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document scalable support processes from the ground up.
• Identify and implement automation to prevent recurring issues.
• Provide trading and liquidity support for brokerage clients, investigating trade discrepancies and monitoring execution quality.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to onboard high‑profile enterprise clients.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support new features and improve the customer experience.
• Document breakthroughs, lead post‑incident reviews, and continuously improve support practices.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of technical support or customer‑facing engineering experience, preferably in fintech or high‑growth tech.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and build processes where none exist.
• Proven collaboration with engineers, product managers and enterprise clients.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and incident‑management skills.
• Experience with brokerage or trading operations and familiarity with fintech compliance.
• Self‑directed, accountable and proactive in surfacing and solving issues.
