Chief of Staff - Global Markets and Marketing

About the role

OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, is looking for a Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the Executive Vice President of Global Markets and Marketing. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, market expansion, business performance and organisational execution, translating strategic priorities into operating plans and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define priorities, strategic plans and initiatives with the EVP, and drive annual and quarterly planning aligned to regional and company objectives.
• Lead complex, high-priority initiatives across markets, business units and functions, identifying risks and dependencies early.
• Develop data-driven analyses on market expansion, investment allocation, customer growth and partnerships, and build business cases and scenario analyses.
• Monitor market performance, trends and risks, and help build repeatable market-entry and growth playbooks.
• Set up and improve the operating cadence, including leadership meetings, business reviews and regional performance reviews, and create dashboards and management reports.
• Act as a thought partner to the EVP, synthesise information into insights and recommendations, and prepare presentations and briefings for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with regional leaders and partners across Product, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR and Communications, and lead special projects.

Required profile

• Experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, technology, fintech or financial services.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior executives and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional fluency in English; experience in crypto, fintech, digital assets or payments, and international expansion is a plus.
