CNC Programmer – Precision Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision engineering team in Singapore. The role focuses on programming, setting up and supporting CNC milling and turning machines for high‑speed, high‑quality semiconductor and metal‑fabrication parts.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Generate NC programmes using Mastercam (2D/3D) and DelCam and load them onto CNC machines.
• Create geometry, run machining simulations and select appropriate cutting tools.
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and conduct in‑process measurements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, clean and maintain equipment, and ensure workstation cleanliness.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical issues and follow the production plan.
• Work night shifts as required to meet quality and speed targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in CNC/CAD‑CAM programming, preferably in precision parts.
• Hands‑on experience with Mastercam and familiarity with DelCam.
• Background in CNC milling and turning, especially for semiconductor or metal‑fabrication sectors.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
