About the role

The Supervisor will oversee daily operations across our island‑wide coffee outlets, ensure standards are consistently met, and deliver timely operational reports.

Key responsibilities

May be assigned to work night shift.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational results.
Create and implement standards and hold people accountable.
Oversee business performance and ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability to resolve issues and disputes.
Ability to multi‑task and work independently as a fast learner.
