Community & Social Manager – Global & SEA

About the role

The Community & Social Manager will lead ATLUS’s social media and community strategy across Southeast Asia while owning the global Discord community. You will build long‑term relationships with fans, create locally relevant content, and ensure alignment with ATLUS headquarters and publishing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, development and day‑to‑day management of the ATLUS Global Discord, including guidelines, moderation processes and an always‑on engagement calendar.
• Create community programmes, events and discussions that deepen affinity with ATLUS franchises and coordinate with regional publishing teams.
• Lead the SEA social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms, translating global campaigns into culturally relevant assets.
• Manage external agencies, define KPIs, track performance and turn insights into recommendations for future activity.
• Provide line‑management, coaching and performance oversight to the Community & Social Specialist.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and genuine familiarity with ATLUS franchises such as Persona and Shin Megami Tensei.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in social media, community management or digital marketing, preferably within gaming.
• Proven experience owning social channels or online communities and a solid understanding of Discord.
• Experience managing external agencies, complex content workflows and multiple launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, data‑driven approach and ability to operate independently across time zones.
