Company Driver

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and professional Company Driver to provide safe, punctual and comfortable transportation for the Company Director, senior management and authorised personnel. The role also includes vehicle upkeep and occasional errands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company vehicle in compliance with Singapore traffic laws and company policies.
• Plan efficient routes, monitor traffic and ensure timely arrivals for meetings, airport transfers and other appointments.
• Maintain the vehicle’s cleanliness, perform regular checks, and arrange servicing, insurance and repairs.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, ERP charges and other expenses.
• Assist with loading/unloading light items and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s and company’s matters.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant driving experience in Singapore.
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore roads, traffic conditions and GPS navigation.
• Safe, defensive driving habits with a clean record.
• Reliable, punctual, physically fit and professional appearance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with senior management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with GPS/navigation applications.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
