Logistics & Port Operations Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics & Port Operations Supervisor will ensure the smooth discharge of construction aggregates from vessels and barges, while coordinating daily port activities and warehouse operations in Jurong.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate manpower and equipment to guarantee efficient unloading of aggregates.
• Oversee arrival and departure of vessels and barges, ensuring timely operations.
• Coordinate with port authorities for seamless communication and compliance.
• Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on vessel and barge activities.
• Manage warehouse inventory to meet delivery requirements.
• Work with truck teams to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Enforce workplace safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics coordination.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
