Construction Project Manager – General Building Experience

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead general building projects across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Ensure works comply with specifications, contract requirements and Singapore building regulations.
• Lead site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor site productivity, quality of work and project costs.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and company safety policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
