About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead general building projects across Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from commencement to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
Ensure works comply with specifications, contract requirements and Singapore building regulations.
Lead site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
Monitor site productivity, quality of work and project costs.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and company safety policies.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management in Singapore.
