Construction Site HR & Admin Assistant (SGD 2,800‑3,200 + OT)

About the role

The Site HR & Admin Assistant supports daily operations on a construction site at T5 Airport, handling workforce administration, attendance, accommodation, petty cash, documentation, vendor coordination and general site administration. The role also contributes to employee welfare initiatives to ensure smooth site functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate site mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Maintain vendor and contract records, including renewals.
• Monitor daily attendance and prepare weekly timesheets for payroll.
• Manage worker dormitory administration and occupancy records.
• Arrange expatriate housing and liaise with landlords.
• Administer company vehicle allocation, maintenance and records.
• Handle site petty‑cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Manage visitor registration and site access procedures.
• Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and administrative records.

Required profile

• Diploma or GCE O/A Level.
• At least 1 year of experience in site administration, HR administration or document control within construction.
• Ability to work in a construction site environment and interact with workers, supervisors, subcontractors and vendors.
• Familiarity with MOM‑related construction workforce administration.
