Consulting SAP Director

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced SAP Director to lead large‑scale SAP‑enabled business transformation programmes across supply chain, retail and enterprise operations. The role will oversee end‑to‑end S/4HANA transformations, provide executive‑level architecture guidance and nurture strategic client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite stakeholders on technology and business strategy.
• Design and govern scalable SAP‑enabled solutions and ensure program governance, risk management and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage multi‑country and regional SAP implementation projects, delivering value and business outcomes.
• Develop and grow strategic client relationships, identifying expansion opportunities.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit leadership and proposal development.
• Collaborate with SAP and alliance partners to strengthen go‑to‑market offerings.
• Build, coach and lead high‑performing consulting and delivery teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and transformation experience.
• Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience managing large, complex SAP implementations across multiple countries.
• Strong executive stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead consulting teams and deliver transformation outcomes.
• Experience contributing to business development and account growth.
• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
