Corporate Finance Analyst – Strategy & M&A

About the role

M-DAQ Global is seeking a motivated Corporate Finance Analyst to support the Group Head of Finance and senior leadership. The role offers exposure to corporate strategy, financial planning, fundraising, M&A, and investor engagement within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing corporate strategy and growth initiatives.
• Build financial models, valuations, business cases, and investment analyses.
• Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and financing opportunities.
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and competitor analysis.
• Prepare 3–5‑year forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and support FP&A activities.
• Monitor business performance and deliver financial insights to management.
• Draft board papers, investor presentations, management reports, and business updates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on strategic projects and transactions.
• Support shareholder and investor engagement, including managing virtual data rooms.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, M&A, corporate development, strategy or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.
