About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Engagement Ambassador, where every day brings new people, new challenges, and the chance to travel. You will be the friendly face of the company, building relationships and supporting sales initiatives across Singapore and abroad.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through face‑to‑face interactions.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows and on‑site visits across Singapore and overseas.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Support the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and assisting with follow‑up.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and eager to meet new people.
- Positive, energetic and comfortable working in a team‑oriented environment.
- Willing to take on challenges and continuously develop personal skills.
