About the role
Join a fast‑paced inbound travel agency where you will support both customer service and transport operations, ensuring visitors enjoy smooth and timely travel experiences. You will be the primary point of contact for tour enquiries, bookings and on‑the‑ground transport coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to tour enquiries, process bookings accurately and provide courteous customer support.
- Coordinate drivers, coaches, airport transfers and daily tour schedules.
- Liaise with transport partners, suppliers and service providers to maintain communication and service quality.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, schedules and daily operation plans.
- Monitor transport timing, manage last‑minute changes, delays or operational issues.
- Provide hotline support during operational hours to resolve urgent matters.
- Execute daily tour operations efficiently to deliver seamless travel experiences.
Required profile
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in travel, logistics or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on‑shift days, weekends and public holidays on a roster basis.
