Warehouse Assistant (1-year contract)

About the role

Givaudan is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join its logistics team in Pioneer, Singapore on a 1‑year fixed‑term contract. You will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of goods while complying with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Unload, validate, receive, and store inbound goods.
• Pick, pack, and load outbound shipments according to pick lists and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory transactions using the Warehouse Management System.
• Perform routine housekeeping and equipment inspections.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality system compliance activities (ISO 9001, GMP, Halal, RSPO).

Required profile

• Minimum N or O level qualification or equivalent.
• Physically fit for warehouse work and able to handle heavy items.
• Basic English reading and communication skills.
• Valid forklift licence.
• Familiarity with standard warehouse processes and safety procedures.
