DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join a large enterprise’s platform team. You will help build reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that enables product teams to deliver systems efficiently and safely at national scale.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance across production environments.
• Support and enhance DevSecOps and platform engineering capabilities.
• Improve system monitoring, observability, and operational visibility.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Participate in incident management, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to improve system resilience.
• Contribute to infrastructure modernization and platform scalability projects.
• Advocate for reliability engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support secure and compliant engineering practices within a regulated government environment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting large‑scale or business‑critical systems.
• Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Background in automation and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of system monitoring, observability, and operational support.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience in highly regulated or security‑focused environments is a plus.
• Interest in AI‑enabled engineering and automation.
