FinIQ Technofunctional Consultant (Singapore)

About the role

We are looking for a FinIQ Technofunctional Consultant to join our Singapore project. The role focuses on delivering application support for FinIQ Treasury systems, resolving issues, and ensuring high availability for business users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for FinIQ applications, investigating errors, data discrepancies and user queries.
• Prioritise and respond to support requests, applying system parameter changes, work‑arounds, enhancements or re‑configurations as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors or internal development teams to implement service‑improvement initiatives.
• Plan and manage new user requirements, releases and system enhancements.
• Maintain Treasury system performance and availability in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid organisational abilities.
• Ability to work with short notice periods (maximum 4 weeks preferred).
