About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to act as the primary liaison for our clients, delivering top‑tier service and driving measurable business results. The role combines client relationship management with strategic planning and execution of performance‑driven marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
• Develop and execute client‑focused strategies to maximize business outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions.
• Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing or direct‑response marketing.
• Native‑level proficiency in Vietnamese and English for client communication.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
