Hytech is seeking a results‑driven Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join its regional team in Singapore. This individual contributor role blends deep performance‑marketing expertise with the ability to influence and motivate colleagues, driving creative problem‑solving and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Paid Ads and leadership to define, track, and achieve paid‑media KPIs.
• Refine campaign structures, testing methodologies, and budget allocations, thinking creatively to meet objectives.
• Identify performance dips, diagnose issues with team members, and implement corrective actions.
• Champion team accountability, motivating members to optimise strategies and exceed targets.
• Maintain a holistic view of the paid‑media ecosystem, ensuring cohesion with overall business goals.
• Stay current with digital and performance‑marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale paid‑media campaigns with a track record of improving key performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Some proficiency in Chinese is advantageous for Chinese‑speaking markets.
